Other details to note:

Please be gentle when you're moving at night especially after 10pm, like closing doors gently and speaking softly can make a big difference. If you want, we have some slippers you can use that might help dampen any noise from walking around.

House Rules:

• Break any of the house rules will fine RM500 and above:
• Checkout time is 12pm. Please return the access card and take a photo before checkout, guest who failed to return the access card when checkout will be considered missing and responsible.
• Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave.
• No leftover dishes and food waste, please clean the dishes and clear the trash before checkout. Extra cleaning fee may be applied.
• If there's any damage/missing items, guest is responsible to pay the bill.
• Not allow any events/partying/ DJ/celebration.
• Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
• No pets allowed.
• Durian/Mangosteen is nice but do not consume at the property. It's hard to remove the smell and stain.
• Any fireworks/firecrackers is prohibited.
• To avoid scratching the floors, do not move the furniture.
• Do not stick anything on wall, any damage guest need to pay the bill.
