Other details to note:

1. Please go through the house rules before booked.
2. Damage deposit RM1000 will be collect by the bank transfer prior to 1 day before check in, refundable in 3 working days after checkout if nothing damage/break house rules.
3. BBQ Equipment is with additional charge RM265/set.
4. This property is able to fit 20 guest, if you have more guest can refer to host, There's additional fee applicable RM500-RM1000 for commercial use / additional guest / wedding / team building.

Important Notice:

• We clean the pool as often as possible on Every Monday & Thursday (10.30AM - 1PM). Please inform the host if you refuse this arrangement during your stay. We always respect guests and get permission.

House Rules:

• Guest who break any house rules will fine RM500 - 2000:
• Our standard check-out time is 11AM. Late check-out fee applies as we are unable to sell the unit, if you're not checking out on time, 70% of normal rate will be charge if check-out before 3PM, full rate will be charged after 3pm.
• Please return access card and keys on checkout time, guest who didn't return the access card or keys when checkout will consider missing and responsible to paid for penalties .
• Please make sure the window, door is close to avoid mosquitoes/flies enter to room while your stay.
• Always turn off aircon , light and fan while not in unit, saving electricity is saving the world, let's save world together.
• Please inform us if there is any damages IMMEDIATELY.
• Please gather all the trash/food waste into garbage bag before leaving.
• Only small speaker is allow to bring
• VERY IMPORTANT! Please ensure your belongings are with you. We are not hotel or reception so we don't claim lost and found services.
• Charges will applies for any item missing/damage.
• Any vomitus/blood stain/unremovable stain on linen will charge for full price of linen.

Things NOT to Do:

• Illegal activities at the property.
• Partying or any DJ at the property.
• Smoking inside the property/room will fine RM1000 & above.
• Pets at the property. (If found will fine RM500 & above)
• Consume DURIAN or MANGOSTEEN at property.
• Noise during the stay, especially after 10PM.
• Firecracker or firework at the property.
• Stick anything to the wall. (If wall damage will pay by bill)
• Move the furniture for any purpose
• Set up a canopy at the property.
• Diving/throwing anything into the pool.
